| Salvation Army - Klothes for Kids |
Once again Noble Energy will be teaming up with The Salvation Army for the Klothes For Kids campaign. The mission of the campaign is to give support to families in need by providing the means to obtain school uniforms for children in public schools thus building their self-esteem.
Educating the children of our future is important to Noble Energy. It is hoped that by contributing to this campaign, attendance in schools will rise and more children will focus on their education. Noble Energy is enthusiastic about the opportunity to help our community in such a personal way. Last year Noble Energy raised enough money to provide 68 uniforms for children in surrounding schools; this year we are eager to surpass that amount.

| Noble Energy Participates in the MS-150 |
The Noble Energy MS-150 Team would like to thank all of you who supported this year's MS-150 Bike tour endeavor. We could not help in the fight against Multiple Sclerosis without the support from our families, friends, coworkers and supporters.
The ride was amazing! People lined the roads throughout the entire tour encouraging riders with posters, bells, yells, stereos, waves, "thank you's" and "your doing great's". About 10 miles into the second day of the ride, a man stood in full Scottish dress (kilt, tall hat, etc.) and encouraged riders by playing the bagpipes. He stood, as he does every year, just off one of the country roads and played "Amazing Grace." Every year riders share stories of goose bumps and tears as they pass him. The dedication of supporters and riders to this event is phenomenal. The Noble Energy Team is privileged and honored to have been apart of such a well-organized and well-supported tour.
Several Noble Energy riders had the opportunity to share their experiences with members of a local Multiple Sclerosis support group. The inspiring stories, beautiful landscape and tremendous support provided the team with a wealth of information to share. The group was ecstatic to hear the ride details and so very appreciative of the Noble Energy team.

Noble Energy volunteers have joined more than 7,000 business professionals, parents, retirees and college students to teach Junior Achievement (JA) programs in schools throughout America and in 113 countries worldwide. Since 1945, JA's mission has been to educate and inspire young people to value free enterprise, to understand business and economics, and to improve the quality of their lives. Volunteers use their personal experiences to make the JA curriculum practical and realistic. Providing children with positive adult role models, who illustrate ways to build self-confidence, develop skills and find avenues of success in our free enterprise system is a hallmark of Junior Achievement.

On September 27, 2003, Noble Energy employees participated in The Dragon Boat Races, a unique team-building event designed to build community spirit among corporations. The dragon boat races were the main event. The boats are forty feet long, extremely, colorful dragon-headed canoes and weigh over 1800 pounds. The dragon boat team consisted of 18 paddlers, 1 drummer and 1 flag catcher.
The YMCA supported event incorporated several activities designed to bring individuals together to reach a single goal – To Have FUN! Noble Energy employees, “Noble Norsemen”, accomplished this goal by working together as a synchronized unit in all of the competitive events. Although the Norsemen did not win overall, they built a lasting camaraderie and look forward to next year’s competition.
