Andrea Lee Robison Vice President, Human Resources
Elected a vice president in November 2007, Lee Robison is responsible for Noble Energy’s human resources. Previously, she served as the company‘s director of human resources since May 2002. Before joining Noble Energy, Lee was BP’s manager of human resources for the Gulf of Mexico Shelf from September 2000 through April 2002. Prior to her employment at BP, she was with Vastar, as HR director from January 1997 to September 2000 and as compensation consultant from1994 through 1996. From 1980 through 1993, she held various positions with ARCO. Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin. |
