Kenneth M. (Ken) Fisher has over 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience. He joined Noble Energy as senior vice president and chief financial officer in November 2009. Before joining Noble Energy, Ken served as executive vice president of finance for Shell Upstream Americas. At Shell, he also served as Royal Dutch Shell's director of strategy and business development in The Hague from 2007 to 2009, executive vice president of strategy and portfolio for global downstream based in London from 2005 to 2007, and as chief financial officer for Shell Oil Products U.S. from 2002 to 2004. Prior to joining Shell, Ken held positions in increasing responsibility with General Electric (GE) including vice president and chief financial officer of the Aircraft Engines Services division and a Singapore-based position as director of finance and business development of GE’s Asia Pacific plastics business. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. degree in business administration/finance.
