Recruiting and developing the next generation of energy industry leaders is a vital component of Noble Energy’s business strategy. Starting Your Career

Noble Energy is committed to helping each new graduate build a solid foundation for career success. We combine on-the-job learning opportunities, mentoring and formal training to ensure that our employees develop to their full potential and achieve their goals. 

Entry-level employees in Engineering and Geosciences participate in a rotational program that provides a comprehensive introduction to Noble Energy and builds a thorough understanding of our business. The rotational assignments cover the spectrum of skills needed within each discipline as well as mentoring and formal training classes, both in-house externally through leading industry organizations. 

The Geosciences rotational program typically spans two years and includes three nine-month rotational assignments, at least one of which is in exploration. The Engineering program, customized to each individual, includes job rotations, field experience and external specialized training.
