Q: When will I receive my DR 0021W?
A: The Colorado DR 0021W must be mailed out by March 1. Please allow two weeks after this date for delivery. If you have not received your form by March 15, please contact our Royalty Relations helpline at 1-800-220-5824, by email at codr21w@nblenergy.com or by mail to:

Q: Why does my DR 0021W not agree with my 1099?
A: Gross income reported on line 6 of the DR 0021W form may differ from the amount reported on the Federal 1099 form if there are deductions allowed by the state of Colorado that are not allowed on the Federal 1099 form.

Q: What do I do with my DR 0021W?
A: If you are unsure as to what you must do with the Colorado DR 0021W, please consult with your tax advisor.

Q: My social security number/tax identification number is incorrect on my DR 0021W form. How can I get this number corrected?
A: If your social security number or tax identification number is incorrect, please provide us with a corrected W-9 form. This form can be located on the IRS website, www.irs.gov. You can email the corrected W-9 to us at codr21w@nblenergy.com or mail it to :

Q: Why am I receiving more than one DR 0021W? Are these corrected DR 0021Ws?
A: No, these are not corrected forms. All forms received will need to be used to file your return. If you have more than one owner number with Noble Energy, Inc. you will receive a DR 0021W for each owner number. This change took effect for the 2013 form and future years.
