MS150

Noble Energy is proud to participate in the MS150, the largest cycling fund-raising event in the U.S. The two-day tour benefits the Lonestar Chapter of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and challenges 13,000 riders to pedal over 150 miles from Houston to Austin each April. New fundraising and participation records were set by the Noble Energy team in 2009, which helped the National MS Society in setting a new record total of over $17 million for the weekend event. Donations raised support research, programs and services for people living with multiple sclerosis. As a Platinum Sponsor of the MS150 event, Noble Energy has committed additional funds in support of this great cause. The Company was recently recognized at the MS150 Fundraising Gala as the Team Best Promoting the Mission.

Medical Bridges

In support of Medical Bridges, which procures medical supplies and equipment for providers of charitable
medical care in developing countries, Noble Energy volunteers pack items for shipment to qualified providers.
We have sponsored shipments that were sent to Sri Lanka, Equatorial Guinea and Ecuador, and we continue to look for sponsorship opportunities in other countries. The company also supports the Medical Bridges annual fundraising gala.

United Way

We are a proud supporter of the United Way, promoting local campaigns with campaign kick-off festivities for our employees and providing matching contributions in Houston, Denver and Ardmore, Oklahoma. Staff members in our U.S. employment centers give generously to their local campaigns. Noble Energy consistently ranks among the top donor companies in Houston.

Junior Achievement

Noble Energy has a long-standing relationship with Junior Achievement (JA) of Southeast Texas. Together with JA we seek to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. JA is a partnership among the business community, educators and volunteers - all working together to motivate young people to dream big and reach their potential. JA's hands-on, experiential programs teach the key concepts of work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy to young people throughout greater Houston.
