Q. Who do I contact regarding my revenue check and what information should I include to help answer my questions?

Please contact our Royalty Relations helpline by phone 800-220-5824 (option 1); by e-mail royaltyrelations@nobleenergyinc.com; or by mail, Noble Energy, Attn: Royalty Relations, P.O. Box 909, Ardmore, OK 73402-0909. Please provide your name, daytime phone number, owner number and the reason for your inquiry.

Q. What will be the amount of my next check/direct deposit?
A.
For security reasons, we do not provide check/direct deposit details over the phone before you receive your check/direct deposit. However, since the revenue detail is made available online at the same time the checks are mailed and the direct deposit is initiated, you are able to view the revenue detail image on the website before the payment arrives. Royalty checks/direct deposits are mailed/initiated on or about the 25th of each month. When the 25th falls on a weekend, bank or company holiday, checks/direct deposits are mailed/initiated on the next business day.

Q. How do I change my Revenue or Royalty ADDRESS on file?
A.
All change requests must be submitted in writing. Please send your request to Noble Energy, Attn: Division Orders, P.O. Box 909, Ardmore, OK 73402-0909. Please include your name and owner number; old address; new address; last 4 digits of your social security number or tax ID number for verification; daytime phone number with area code; and email address (if available) with a signature. If you have any additional questions please contact the Division Orders department at 800-220-5824 (option 3).

Q. What should I do if I have not received my check or the check I have is older than the 180 days?
A.
Please allow 20 business days to receive your check through the mail. If your check is lost, stolen or more than 180 days old, contact the Royalty Relations line at the number or address provided above. Note: stolen checks require written notification. You will be advised of our void process, after which we will reissue the check on our next revenue check write.

Q. Do you have direct deposit?
A.
Yes. Noble Energy also offers a direct deposit option for revenue recipients. Please print and complete the Direct Deposit Enrollment form and return to the addressed on the form. If you choose direct deposit, the check detail will only be available on our website. A paper copy of the revenue detail ("check stub") will no longer be mailed. By selecting the direct deposit payment method, you are waiving your right to receive a paper copy of the detail and agree to access the check detail on our website. You will receive your detail via e-mail if you provide the required information on the revenue payment direct deposit enrollment form. If you have any questions about the enrollment process, please contact our Division Orders department, P.O. Box 909, Ardmore, OK 73402-0909 or 800-220-5824 (option 3).

Q. Can I choose to not receive my check detail through the mail?
A.
Yes. Noble Energy also offers a paperless option for revenue recipients. Please print and complete the Going Paperless form and return to the address listed. If you choose to go paperless, you will continue to receive a check as your form of payment, but the check detail will only be available on our website. A paper copy of the revenue detail ("check stub") will no longer be mailed. You may receive your detail via e-mail, if you provide the required information on the Going Paperless form. Q. Why have I not received my check?
A.
One of the most common reasons is that your account has not reached our minimum pay amount. Noble Energy remits revenue to you only if the balance exceeds $25. Once a year, Noble Energy releases payment for all amounts that are less than $25.

Occasionally, payments are held due to matters which create uncertainty as to ownership, such as a notice of death, change of address, transfer of property, assignment of interest or legal issues. Payments due are accumulated and released when the matter affecting ownership has been resolved. Inquiries regarding suspense balances must be communicated in writing to our Division Orders department, P.O. Box 909, Ardmore, OK 73402-0909.

Q. What are the columns, abbreviations and symbols on my check detail?
